  1. What does bi-monthly commitment mean?

    Bi-monthly commitment means that you are signing up for a recurring subscription every other month. You will be charged and receive a box each release month until you request to cancel.

  2. When will my credit/debit card be billed for my subscription?

    Your credit/debit card will be billed on the 10th of each release month.

  4. When is my "add-on" period for my subscription box?

    The time period to add additional "select" items to your subscription box is from the 1st though the 9th at 11:59 pm ET.

  5. How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your Miss Domesticated Box subscription, you must contact our Customer Experience team here or via live chat. Subscriptions must be cancelled before the 10th of the release months if you do not wish to be charged and receive that month's box. 

  6. How much is shipping?

    Domestic subscription orders ship free. There is a $3 handling fee for international shipping. More shipping information can be found at:

  7. How will my order be shipped?

    Though we use a variety of shipping methods, our two primary methods of shipping are United States Postal Service and UPS. The shipping method used for each order will be determined by several factors including the weight/size of your package, the type of package, and the shipping destination. Please see our shipping page for further clarification.

  8. What is the return policy?

    Please review all items carefully before a purchase is made as all sales are final, including orders not yet shipped. All items in your cart are listed for review before purchase. In addition, completed orders are listed on your account under my orders & subscriptions. Please review those items, as these terms apply to duplicate items as well.

    A one-time size exchange is offered on tees and leggings for domestic customers. To exchange your tee or leggings, you may contact the Customer Experience team here and a return label will be sent to you. Once we receive your return, the size you wish to receive will be shipped to you, free of charge. All subsequent exchanges will incur a $10.00 processing fee. If you need to change your tee or leggings size, you may update your size preferences for your subscription at https://shop.missdomesticated.com/my-subscription.
